Detailed Product Description

• Heat-resistance: long operating temperature is from 220 to 240 °C ,short time working tmeperature can be reacing 260°C.
• Chemical resistance: no solvent has been found which can dissolve PPS below 200°C : super high resistance to inorganic salt,alkali , salt.
• Electrical:high volume and surface resistance, high breakdown voltage,low dielectric factor and dielectric loss angle rangent at high environmental temperature, high dampness and high frequency;
• Dynamic:high rigidity,excellent creep-resistant and fatigue-resistant
• Weather rsistance:high dimension stability even high temperature and humidity environment,low thermal expansion coefficient,low creep and water absorption,low molding shrinkage.
• Process:due to high rigidity crystal polymer,good fluidity,quick crystallization and easy shaped.
• Wear resistance:Filling fluorin resin and carbon-fibre etc lubricant,greatly improve its wear resistance performance.
